The actress, who is pregnant with twins, joined her hubby Stephen Moyer at Comic-Con on Saturday for a True Blood discussion panel.
Anna showed off that expectant mother glow in a pretty printed Isabel Marant silk-georgette dress that hugged her two-cute belly just right.
Even being preggers isn’t keeping Miz Paquin away from work, or from looking AH-MAY-ZING.
