Finding the time to exercise is hard enough for some people, but is there actually a best time of day to exercise in order to maximize the benefits for your body?
That’s what a Perezcious reader Sarah M from Australia wants to know so she asked FitPerez’s own boxing professional, Alex Brenes, for some help.
Hi Alex,
I am a mother of 2 young toddlers. I am trying to find the best time to exercise – is there a best time to exercise that burns the most calories? Would that be in the morning?
According to Alex:
Hey Sarah,
Exercising is hard with kids, just finding time to do it is a success in it’s own.
The best time to burn the calories is very relative to when you have the most energy. Having more energy in the AM makes sense because you’ve rested all night, but after a certain amount of time being awake your body starts slowing down and it will be harder to push yourself.
Remember, regardless of what time, working out at any time is better than not working out at all, I hope this helps…Move your head…bob & WEAVE!!!
