Travis & Jason Kelce Offer MORE Dating Advice

Sorry, Kylie Kelce! It looks like Travis and Jason are not done giving out relationship advice to fans! But this time, what they have to say is helpful — and won’t get them in trouble with the Swifties!

During the Heights Hotline bonus episode of their New Heights podcast on Thursday, the brothers had some more tips for their listeners who submitted questions. Last time it wasn’t great advice. Jason told a male fan to wear tight pants to show off the “goods” and watch a film starring his wife’s celebrity crush, like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s version of Jumanji, to end their dry spell. And that subsequently put the former football player in a dry spell with Kylie. LOLz! They also landed in hot water with Taylor Swift fans when Trav even casually referred to his own sex life.

But on the latest episode, have they redeemed themselves? Jason and Travis did give a really decent answer to a woman in her 30s trying to find love in the City of Brotherly Love, AKA Philadelphia, AKA “the worst city to be single in.” Oof. On the episode, she wanted to know where to go to meet a good man. In her opinion, when it comes to trying to meet someone, an Eagles game isn’t exactly the place to meet “nice, available” guys. Don’t even propose it, Jason! As she explained:

“Jason, you have that story of how you met Kylie for the first time and fell asleep at a bar. Well, imagine that times, like, a thousand. Help a sister out.”

Yikes! What are the siblings’ suggestions? They had a whole list of places to go! Travis started by saying:

“You know, there’s a lot of guys at the delis. Go to the markets, go to a good sandwich spot. You’re gonna find somebody that’s doing well for themselves, getting themselves a good ol’ meal.”

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end then noted the Jersey Shore is a great area to find people looking for relationships:

“The Shore is full of 30-year-olds that are looking for love. That was Jason at one time. Maybe not 30 years old, but he was looking for love.”

As for where not to go? Clubs and bars are at the top of the no-no list for Travis, as people go there not with the “intentions of getting into a relationship.” However, Jason feels “it depends” on where you go. Ultimately, their main point was to get up and get out of the house. Travis continued:

“Go to birthday parties, go to weddings. Go to events. Get out of the f**king house, that’s how you find ’em. You get out of the f**king house.”

OK, that is good advice. You won’t meet someone new without going out! But he did follow it up with a reference to his big bro’s success story:

“Or you just go on Tinder and find your match like Jason did.”

Ha! Tinder isn’t always the best place to search for a relationship. You’ll match with a lot of frogs before you get to a prince! But it did work out for Jason and Kylie! So, you never know! Give Tinder a shot! Or really any dating app! If those aren’t your thing, like Taylor’s boyfriend said, get out and do something! You’re not going to find the one inside your home! It doesn’t work like that!

Also, Travis suggested the woman did not “buy into” Philly’s reputation when it comes to the dating scene and psych herself out:

“The more you buy into it, the more your mind is gonna make you feel like there’s failure in finding it. Don’t buy into that s**t.”

Think positively! Another good point! For his part, Jason pointed out that sometimes it’s when you’re not looking for love that you find it:

“You gotta not look for it. That’s how love works. When you’re looking for it, you’re psyching yourself out. … Mates can feel that.”

He then advised the woman to do “things that you genuinely like doing and places you genuinely like going” as she may meet someone with similar interests. So true! That’s genuinely great advice. Try new things for you! Go have fun! Live your best life! Be open to fun without a guy!

Jason explained why you should “do what you like to do” in order to find someone:

“You’re gonna find people that you end up liking. And usually when you find people that you like, sometimes you find people that you love. And then sometimes when you find people that you love, you find out that you wanna be in a relationship with them. And when you find people you wanna be in a relationship [with], you find out you wanna marry them sometimes. And when you find out you wanna marry them sometimes, you find out you wanna have kids sometimes. Or not.”

Of course, he had to throw in a joke from there! He quipped:

“And then sometimes when you have kids, you find out that you didn’t want kids.”

The brothers both laughed before Travis fired back:

“Don’t you talk about my nieces like that. Don’t you take it that far.”

Thankfully everyone knows he doesn’t mean it! What are your thoughts on Jason and Travis’ advice? Do you think it was better this time? Sound OFF in the comments! You can also listen to that answer in full (below):
