
Don’t go overboard! While it’s important to allow yourself a cheat meal every once in a while, make sure you keep this in moderation. For my clients, I prescribe one cheat meal a week (of any food they desire) to keep their cravings at bay and metabolism fueled! Everyone is different, so find what works for you!
