
When exercising or trying to lose weight my #1 rule is├óΓé¼┬ªdon├óΓé¼Γäót judge yourself! Everyone has a different body, everyone has a different pace. If you focus on your cellulite, muffin top, flab, etc…you will get burnt out easily. Have confidence in yourself for continuing to stick to it!
