An Update On Woman Mauled By Chimp

A woman who was mauled by a chimp a while ago got a full face transplant!
She was over her friend’s house when he friend’s pet chimp escape its cage.
She chased it down to help get it back into its cage when it went berserk and ripped her face and hands off.
She has undergone several surgeries by a dozen surgeons and now finally looks more like a normal person, compared to what she looked like shortly after the attack.
She is now almost fully recovered from her surgery and interested in trying to get a hand transplant after her first one failed.
BEWARE: There is a shot of her face before the transplant, when it was just a solid lump of swollen flesh. It may disturb some viewers.
We’re just so happy that this woman can begin down the road to leading a normal life again.
