Anna Paquin Is In Vampire Mode At Comic-Con

Looking at Anna Paquin, you’d really never guess she gave birth to twins less than a year ago!

On Saturday the actress was signing autographs for True Blood fans at Comic-Con looking pale and gorgeous in a black David Koma dress with laser-cut vinyl accents all over the flared skirt.

A pair of patent Saint Laurent pumps and gold bracelets made fang-tastic finishing touches.

As vampy as Anna may be, most of our attention was focused on her cheekbones — those look more lethal than Bill’s fangs!
