After wearing two revealing black looks in a row, Jess made it three-peat in a floor-length All Saints dress that showed off her bra and ultimately her legs, thanks to a strong gust of wind.
Jess paired the billowy number with Chanel flats with chain heel, a Fendi purse and chunky belt that accentuated her tiny waist.
