Bethenny Frankel is stuck in a foodie’s paradise by purposely making sugary comparisons to her anything but sugar-coated divorce from Jason Hoppy!
In a new interview, the former Real Housewives of New York star described the split from her soon-to-be ex like delicious frozen treat:
“Divorces are like ice cream, there are a lot of different flavors. Some can be very amicable, and some can be very peaceful and easy, and some can be really brutal. I honestly did not have any idea how difficult in the very least it can be.”
We’re unclear how ice cream is brutal, unless your lactose intolerant – but we’ll go with it!
The talk show host continued with her nom-nom comparisons by revealing that entering back into the dating scene is almost like getting sick from bad grub:
“It’s like having food poisoning and not wanting to eat again. In theory, it sounds somewhat appetizing, but in reality it just doesn’t seem all that interesting to me.”
Not really sure where these weird attempts at establishing food(ish) idioms will take her, but may we suggest a divorce cook book?!
