X-Men has always been a sociopolitical allegory, propagating ideas of racial and sexual equality through the use of fictional mutants.
But they may have gone a little far by involving the real-life death of John F. Kennedy in the mythos for the upcoming Days Of Future Past– especially so close to the 50-year anniversary of the tragedy!
This new viral ad suggests Michael Fassbender‘s character Magneto was the one responsible for killing Kennedy!
Is this disrespectful? Or a fair use of historical fiction?
