The Rubin Singer Fall 2014 design featured a faboosh asymmetrical neckline, and looked bananas on Carrie’s petite frame.
She paired the silvery frock with AH-Mazing Jacob & Co. jewels, Henri Lepore black pumps and a metallic clutch.
