We didn’t think The Hunger Games existed in real life!
But apparently they do, and it’s called the hiring process at The View! LOLz!
While Rosie O’Donnell seemed to have an easy time securing a spot on the panel after it was announced that Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd would be leaving, the other two empty spots were up for grabs.
And people were a’grabbing!
Rosie revealed how ALL the possible co-hosts were “herded into a room” last month to compete in mock debates with Rosie and Whoopi Goldberg:
“It was very much like the Hunger Games, how they did it ├óΓé¼┬ª I think Whoopi and I were both a little shocked at having to do a chemistry test. I don’t know if there’s a way to test that. It felt very negative and competitive.“
Luckily two ladies were able to survive The Hunger Games the casting process and came out with seats on the panel.
Both Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace are joining Whoopi and Rosie this next season, and it sounds like if they can handle the hiring, they will have no trouble holding their own against The View veterans!
