Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell will star in the second season of True Detective, and we could not be happier for the both of them! The light is winning for them!
HBO announced today the pair will be playing the leading roles in the dark crime drama’s Season 2. Are we dreaming? And not dreaming of being a person in the Rust Cohle sense! SRSLY! This news is fantastic!
According to HBO, Colin will play Ray Velcoro who is “a compromised detective whose allegiances are torn between his masters in a corrupt police department and the mobster who owns him.”
Meanwhile Vince will play the part of Frank Seymon, a longtime criminal whose foray into a legitimate business is compromised when his business partner is murdered. We’re so excited to see the psychosphere of the upcoming season!
