Justin Bieber is just three days away from dropping his fourth studio album, so to gear up for the big day he surprised a few of his fans with a once-in-a-lifetime meet and greet.
The 21-year-old teamed up with Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday to give four lucky fans — Ruby, Katelyn, Alexa, and Lexi — VIP tickets to his upcoming concert on Friday.
