Not worth it.
Following the controversy surrounding Kathy Griffin‘s disturbing image of a beheaded Donald Trump, CNN has decided to cut ties with the comedian for their annual New Year’s Eve special that she’s been cohosting with Anderson Cooper for the past 10 years.
On Wednesday, the network tweeted:
CNN has terminated our agreement with Kathy Griffin to appear on our New Year’s Eve program.

Anderson was equally as appalled by her actions, saying on Tuesday:
For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.
