Stan Lee is being accused of some rather villainous behavior.
The 95-year-old comic book legend has been hit with allegations of sexual assault and harassment by the nurses caring for him at his Hollywood Hills home.
A source told DailyMail.com the Marvel creator has been accused of repeatedly groping and harassing several of his young female nurses, allegedly asking for oral sex in the shower and to be “pleasured” in the bedroom.

The nursing company that employs the women is now in a legal dispute with Lee, who was widowed last summer when his wife of 70 years died at 95. No police complaint or lawsuit has been filed just yet.
Meanwhile, a source with knowledge of the situation claimed Lee “finds it funny” to harass the women who work for him, telling the outlet:

“Stan is an old man who has seemingly lost his way. He doesn’t seem to care what people think of him, he’s lost his filter. There has been a stream of young nurses coming to his house in West Hollywood and he has been sexually harassing them. He finds it funny.”

As for just how vulgar he allegedly gets, the source added:

“He walks around naked and is vulgar towards the women, he asks them for oral sex in the shower and wants to be pleasured in his bedroom. He uses the word pussy and fuck in their presence. He’s also very handsy and has groped some of the women, it’s unacceptable behavior, especially from an icon like Stan.”

The source went on to say that the owner of the nursing company “complained directly to Lee” after receiving a string of complains from the nurses who worked at his house. When the issue wasn’t resolved, the company parted ways with Lee towards the end of last year — but the contentious battle was far from over.

On December 20, Lee’s attorney Tom Lallas sent a cease and desist letter to the owner of the nursing firm, accusing “individuals” at the firm of having published “defamatory” claims about the superhero icon.
Lallas said that Lee “categorically denies these false and despicable allegations” in a statement to DM, even suggesting they are part of an attempt to blackmail the creator — who is reportedly worth over $50 million. He explained:

“Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character. We are not aware of anyone filing a civil action, or reporting these issues to the police, which for any genuine claim would be the more appropriate way for it to be handled. Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media. Mr Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong.”

A new nursing company has since taken over to care for Lee at his home. A rep for the new firm Vitale Nursing Inc. insisted that Lee has been nothing but “polite, kind, and respectful” since they started working for him, adding:

“It has been a privilege to care for him.”

So hard to believe this from all we’ve seen of Stan. But sadly we’ve been here before over the past few months…
We’ll keep you up to date on any new developments.
