Reports are saying Brittany Murphy‘s own mother discovered Murphy completely unconscious in the shower on Sunday morning!
No mother should ever find their child this way!!!!
The paramedics declared Murphy had gone into full cardiac arrest upon their arrival and immediately administered CPR at the scene and continued to try and revive Brittany in the ambulance.
As we reported earlier, the 32-year-old actress was announced dead on arrival when she arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office is expected to take Murphy’s body into custody later today and begin the autopsy and investigation of her death.
Update: Neighbors of the late actress say that Brittany “looked dead” when paramedics moved Murphy from her West Hollywood home to the ambulance on a stretcher, all while performing CPR.
Update: Brittany’s family has released the following statement to the press: “In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy.”
