When the IRS slapped a $33 million tax lien on Joe Francis in November, no one was surprised he fought back – but no one knows how the hell he won!

The Girls Gone Wild douche sued the government and the suit resulted in the lien being released. And when asked about it, he wasn’t sure whether Uncle Sam dropped the lien or if he had paid it.

WTF?! You don’t know if you spent $33 million?!

He’s either super shady or a true celebutard…or both!
