Oh damn. Here we go.
Diddy is facing charges of sex trafficking, with the government supposedly having all this evidence they got from the raids on his mansions. Not just the ever-growing number of witnesses to his alleged crimes, either, we’re talking video footage the Bad Boy Records founder is said to have stockpiled. Per the indictment, Diddy’s “Freak Offs” were “elaborate sex performances that he arranged, directed, and often electronically recorded.” He allegedly recorded it all. And that’ll be his downfall.
But like we’ve been saying with the Jeffrey Epstein case, sex trafficking on this scale isn’t a one-person activity. Several of the accusers have said they were drugged and passed around to his celebrity friends. So who the hell were these buddies who participated? Who else needs to be facing charges? The feds reviewing all that footage must be making a list and checking it twice to see who’s naughty. But if the tapes are never made public, and they choose not to file charges…
Well, it seems some videos HAVE made it outside the evidence room.

The New York Post exclusively viewed what they’re calling a trove of video files and other documents. And they’ve identified the dates of three of these freak offs — the orgies in which young men and women were allegedly drugged and forced into nonconsensual sex acts with multiple guests. From their investigation, all three took place as after-after parties for huge events.
One was after the 2005 MTV VMAs in Miami, which Combs had hosted. So naturally his afterparty was THE a-list event. Celebs from Paris Hilton to Quincy Jones to NASCAR racer Jeff Gordon were in attendance. But in the wee hours of that night — August 29, 2005 — the party moved from the Space nightclub to Diddy’s mansion. Per the Post, that’s when it devolved into a sex party.
So which stars went to the freak off? In this case, none. Per the videos seen by the Post, Diddy was the only recognizable face in a sea of “fit young men and women” in “various states of undress.” They describe Diddy watching as two men have their way with “a very young black woman” with “white powder under her nose.” Diddy was wearing the same shirt from the VMAs.
Because many of the files were dated, the outlet was able to pinpoint when two other of these orgies occurred. One was after the 2004 VMAs. The last was after Super Bowl XXXIX. That game took place in Jacksonville, Florida in February 2005. Diddy threw a huge party with guests from his good pal Ashton Kutcher to Ashlee Simpson to Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.
But the afterparty was where things really got wild.
Once again the party moved to another location — a mansion Diddy was renting in Sawgrass. In a video there, per the Post, two men can be seen having sex as others watch and laugh. In another, Diddy seems to be allegedly filming as he has sex with a woman.
The Post maintains no other celeb guests from the Super Bowl party could be seen in any of the videos participating in or witnessing the orgy. The outlet asked a federal law enforcement source if they had these same videos. The insider told them:
“These are consistent with the videos we have. Just about everything you can imagine was happening at his parties. Now our job is to determine whether this was consensual for everyone involved, if anyone has been trafficked, and what laws have been broken.”
Based on the claims of multiple plaintiffs in disturbing lawsuits, a LOT of this was not consensual. We’ll have to see which victims are included in the feds’ case — and which celebs, if any, end up being charged along with Diddy. But for now… nothing on that front.
