Joe Francis Is Arrested For Attacking A Girls Gone Wild Employee At The Office He’s Banned From?! Could Face Jail Time!

This guy just can’t stay out of trouble!
Joe Francis was arrested on Friday after he allegedly attacked an employee at his old Girls Gone Wild office.
For some reason, Francis was at the office, even though a restraining order says he can’t come within 100 feet of the building!
But he made his way up to the 10th floor, where security stopped Joe. While they called the cops, an employee tried to get Joe into one of the offices and block him in.
That’s when Joe allegedly pushed the man, which led to a citizen’s arrest.
Mr. Francis was arrested for misdemeanor battery and they let him out.
BUT there’s a catch!
Since there was a restraining order against Joe, he could be thrown in jail for contempt because he violated the order. However, Joe says that the order wasn’t active anymore AND that the guard “manhandled” his baby momma who is pregnant with twins!
Reportedly, the new Girls Gone Wild owner and Joe have some unfinished business that he was there to discuss.
Hopefully there’s no jail time for him. We’d hate for those baby girls to spend any amount of days with their daddy locked up.
