Wow! What a difference a haircut makes!

Adrian Grenier debuted his drastically shorter locks while shooting a scene for the upcoming season of Entourage in El Lay yesterday, and we think he looks HAWT!

We prefer this much more than the unruly mane! It suits his face better!
