Finally — some details behind the making of Allison Williams‘ GORGEOUS wedding dress!
The Girls star teamed up with none other than Oscar de la Renta to create the perfect look for her Wyoming ranch wedding to Ricky Van Veen on September 19.
At the premiere of The One on Wednesday night in NYC, the 27-year-old starlet dished on her only requirement for the gown:
“I wanted sleeves, ’cause I’m always cold. That was all I knew going into it!”
Easy enough!

The Yale University alum said the creative process was very natural:
“They totally got me. Peter [Copping, ODLR’s creative director] grew up around horses and ranches, so he kind of immediately understood the aesthetic I was going to be in.”

Kate Middleton‘s Alexander McQueen gown, of course! The newlywed admitted:
“Who didn’t? [It was] just perfection.”
As for the married life, Allison and Ricky seem to be settling in quite nicely:
“It’s hard to articulate obviously ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ I’m sure other smarter people can put it better than I can! It’s so different and not at all different.”
