Amber Portwood is going through it right now.
The Teen Mom OG star took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a cryptic post about her heartbreak amid reports her boyfriend Andrew Glennon had been unfaithful.
Alongside an image of a shattered heart, the reality TV star wrote:
“I am so heartbroken right now…omg?”
It’s unclear what specifically caused the 29-year-old’s heart to break, but a source told E! News it was a “direct response” to the recent Radar Online article claiming Glennon started texting another woman in the wake of Portwood’s domestic battery arrest.

The insider dished:
“Amber’s post was in direct response to the Radar story. She saw it and reacted. She has had trust issues with Andrew on a few fronts. This is just one of them.”
Presumably, an earlier response to the drama was a post on IG last week, in which the MTV icon wrote that “cheating is a choice not a mistake.” That first post has since been deleted, but the choice of words certainly suggests Amber believes her 35-year-old baby daddy was, in fact, unfaithful to her.
Whether or not the rumors are true, they come during an already turbulent past few weeks for the parents.
As we reported, Andrew is seeking sole custody of their 14-month-old son James following Amber’s July 5 arrest, which stemmed from an incident where the TV personality allegedly went after her baby daddy with a machete — while he was reportedly holding their son.
Amber was charged with domestic battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old.
The two reportedly had a heated argument at the time, which allegedly resulted in the momma of two assaulting Andrew at around two in the morning. Sources say she had no drugs in her system at the time, despite her public struggles with addiction.
While her domestic life is seemingly in jeopardy, the reality star continues to receive support from her Teen Mom family. Catelynn Lowell sent her costar love in the comments section of Amber’s latest post, writing:
“I love you so much. See [you] tomorrow.”
The account for the Coffee Convos podcast, which is hosted by Portwood’s costar Kailyn Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley, also sent support to the embattled star, writing:
“Keep your head up! ‘This too shall pass.'”
Despite all of the craziness, it does sound like there’s still hope for the couple. Although Andrew is definitely seeking sole custody of their child, a source previously claimed he doesn’t want to see his baby momma behind bars, telling Us Weekly:
“The charges against Amber are big but it’s likely they’ll get pled down… Amber and Andrew are still not allowed to communicate. Not until the next court date. But the situation seems to have calmed down a bit.”
However, the two reportedly still have “major issues” to work out before they have any hopes of reconciling.
We hope the couple can work things out in a civilized, machete-free manner.
