Andy Cohen took the 57-year-old comedian’s spot on CNN‘s New Year’s Eve Special with Anderson Cooper after her controversial photo of a beheaded Donald Trump… and it seems like the network is benefiting from the switch up!

According to a release from CNN’s PR department:
“New Year’s Eve Live with Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen was CNN’s most-watched New Year’s Eve special ever. Cooper and Cohen rang in the new year as No. 1 in the time period in ALL of cable in total viewers and in the demos on Sunday night.”
And they’re not lying! Nielsen Media Research reports the duo had 3.284 million total viewers, which is up by eight percent in total viewers during the hours of 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. from 2016. The 12:30 a.m. portion of the coverage drew 2.34 million viewers and the 8 p.m.-12:30 a.m. marathon averaged 2.23 million.
In comparison, Fox News came in second with 2.423 million viewers and 608,000 in the key demographic. Booyah!
