We just peed our wet suits. And THIS TIME it’s in excitement!
Discovery Channel announced on Wednesday we can all die happy — Saturday Night Live star Andy Samberg will host their annual “Shark Week” this summer!
Samberg takes over for last year’s host, Craig Ferguson, who helped the network bring in 31 million viewers; he’ll also serve as the network’s first Chief Shark Office.
├óΓé¼┼ôI├óΓé¼Γäóm overjoyed about being appointed CSO. Everyone loves Shark Week. It├óΓé¼Γäós the Bill Cosby of week-long television blocks dedicated to sea animals,”
Samberg said in a statement.
Now, sadly, we must wait until summer.
Until then, don’t forget the immortal words of 30 Rock├óΓé¼Γäós Tracy Morgan: ├óΓé¼┼ôLive every week like it├óΓé¼Γäós Shark Week.├óΓé¼┬¥
