It’s a sad day for the cast of Vanderpump Rules.

In case you haven’t heard the news, Bravo announced Season 12 will be happening after all — but not like fans know it! It’ll start fresh with a brand-new cast! That means Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, James Kennedy, and Tom Schwartz are all out. Employees from Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants are taking their places — though we won’t find out which ones until later. Production on the season begins next year.

Following the announcement, a few now-former cast members took to social media to reflect on their time on the show. As we previously reported, Lala wasted no time in getting a tribute up on her Instagram account. Check it out (below) if you haven’t seen it yet:

Next up, Ariana, who joined the show in Season 2 and became a fan fave, especially in recent years after being cheated on by Tom Sandoval. Despite being known best for being involved in the biggest scandal in the show’s history, the Love Island USA host got nostalgic about the whole thing — and shared a bunch of pictures with the cast and crew from over the years. She also expressed in the caption her gratitude for having been part of “an incredible cultural phenomenon,” saying how VPR “will forever be that girl.” She ended sweetly:

“I’m feeling at peace with closing this chapter and im excited for everything that is to come. I don’t know that these were the best days of our lives, but they were definitely something special.”

Katie posted a throwback photo of herself in an iconic SUR uniform on IG Stories, writing:

“It’s a mixed bag. But I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for the memories and the love this last 11 years.”

LVP did not react on social media, but she shared a statement via Bravo about the “extraordinary” run the cast had:

“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between. I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.”

Andy Cohen, who hosted the reunions, ultimately said it best. Referencing the VPR opening song Raise Your Glass, he wrote on X (Twitter):

“These were the best days of our lives…”

They truly were. Reactions? Let us know.
