No, Ariel Winter Did Not Just Get Engaged, LOL!

Ariel Winter and Levi Meaden are… doing great.
They did not, however, just get engaged!
Some outlets reported on Monday that Levi had proposed, including a photo of the cutie down on one knee.

BUT the whole thing was at best a misunderstanding and at worst some sleazy tabloid tactics. Ariel took to Twitter to explain what her man was really doing on the ground:

Jumping out from behind trees to get snaps that you can sell with a BS angle? Come on! You’re making the rest of us look bad!
But for real, the shoelace-tying thing is definitely ending up in a Modern Family script, right??
