Bad Boy Butler Charged!

Gerard Butler can’t seem to keep his fist out of other people’s faces!

The actor has finally been charged with assault for when he swung at a paparazzo after a premiere party for RockNRolla at the Crown Bar. He allegedly punched the dude 3 or 4 times in the mouth.

If convicted, Butler will face up to 6 months in prison. Reps for Butler said the paparazzi dude stalked the actor and was chasing people in the street.

Butler’s arraignment is on June 10.
