Ben Affleck spent Father’s Day with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner — while his current wife Jennifer Lopez was showing him some rare love amid divorce rumors!
On Sunday, the 13 Going on 30 star was seen walking up to her ex-husband and baby daddy’s rental home in Brentwood. In pictures obtained by Page Six, she could be seen in a grey sweater, white t-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and carrying a Waterloo sparkling water. Their kids, Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, weren’t photographed, so it’s unclear if this was a family gathering or just a private meet-up between the co-parents. Hmm…

It’s sure interesting to see who Ben chose to spend the day with! While he was catching up with Jen, the other Jennifer was wishing him well via social media! In a rare move amid rumored marital issues, J.Lo took to her Instagram Story to praise her hubby. She shared a black-and-white photo of the father of three from his 2001 movie Pearl Harbor, captioning it:
“Our hero. Happy Father’s Day”
Wow!
Does this mean they’re making progress with their marriage issues? Or is she just putting all that aside to honor the holiday (or to help with appearances)?? So far, the couple has ignored their problems to be there for their kids, so maybe this is just her continuing to do that. The collective “our hero” likely includes her 16-year-old twins Max and Emme from her previous marriage to Marc Anthony, BTW.
Still, it’s surprising to see Jennifer so openly gush about Ben after everything we’ve heard! They’re supposedly living separate lives as they quietly attempt to sell their marital home. Rumor has it Jenny from the Block is desperately trying to fix the relationship, but many sources believe the Good Will Hunting alum is over it. Yet they are continuing to remain friendly for their children and have been seen together often amid the divorce buzz, including on Saturday.
Per Page Six, they were pictured returning to Ben’s home after spending a few hours at their shared mansion in the morning. The singer was seen leaving later in the day, so it doesn’t sound like she was around for the Father’s Day festivities with Garner.
