It’s been a tough couple weeks for Bethenny Frankel.
The Real Housewives of New York City star is reeling after the sudden death of her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Dennis Shields, after he was found dead at Trump Tower in NYC back on August 10.

And now, Bethenny is taking to social media to help some with the grieving process; she penned a poignant and emotional tweet about the aftermath of Shields’ death (below):
It’s hard to breathe & I appreciate you giving me the space & support to try to do so. It’s excruciating-sudden death is no closure & constant ?s & memories. Our relationship is current so it’s painfully raw. Trying to stay healthy & move through it w tears & close friends. Xo
