Bethenny Frankel is counting her blessings after almost “dying” from an allergic reaction.
The RHONY star took to Twitter on Monday to recount the life-threatening emergency that went down all because she ate the wrong kind of soup, explaining she has a “rare fish allergy” and immediately began to feel itchy after she accidentally ingested soup with fish in it on Sunday.
Frankel wrote that she went “unconscious for 15 mins” and was taken to the “ER & ICU for 2 days w BP of 60/40.”

The reality star claims she couldn’t talk or see during her stay at Newton Wellesley hospital, causing her to believe she “had a stroke & [was] dying.” Doctors later told her that if she had arrived at the hospital five minutes later, she’d be dead.

After recovering from the near-death experience, Frankel vowed to “never not carry an #epipen,” and promised to get her new friends at Newton Wellesley “new mattresses from @Casper bc they have no budget for TVs or comfortable beds.”
Generous!
We’re just glad she’s feeling better after such a terrifying experience!
