Bethenny Frankel isn’t having any of Kelly Bensimon‘s recent claims about her behavior, pregnancy, or anything else the former Real Housewives of New York cast member brought up against her.

While the SkinnyGirl founder didn’t take to the press herself, a friend spoke to People about the shocking allegations, sharing:
“It’s a shame that Kelly is making these claims especially since she often reaches out to Bethenny for help and advice or to get together.”
Wow. That makes Kelly’s allegations even more shady!!
“She absolutely did nothing to risk anything during her pregnancy. Her pregnancy was her priority. Anybody who knows Bethenny knows she’s a great mother.”
Of course Bethenny and her team would want to clear the air around the drama, and we can only imagine her surprise to hear that someone she still keeps in touch with is bad mouthing her like that!
As we previously reported, the model slammed the RHONY star, alleging an episode of the Out in the Wild podcast that Frankel cared more about fame than the baby she was carrying at the time of their infamous Virgin Islands trip.
Bensimon claimed her costar was flippant about the pregnancy, saying:
“She was pregnant this entire time and was having serious issues with her unborn child [Bryn] and she’s flying back and forth pretending to film with her dying father in L.A., but really just filming in the car and never saw him… And I’m like ‘You want me to film with a woman that doesn’t even care about her kid in her stomach?’ She’s like, ‘Oh, if I have a miscarriage whatever.'”
The 51-year-old continued, exclaiming the pregnant star was having “serious complications,” yet still continued production:
“The was having serious, serious, serious complications and I just didn’t understand why we were there filming and why she was even there in St. John.”
And that was only the beginning!
Frankel was also accused of diva behavior, allegedly telling people she was a famous movie star:
“I land in St. John, where we were filming, and I was getting a massage and the masseuse said did you know there’s a really big movie star here? And I was like, ‘Wow who is it?’ And they said her name is Bethenny Frankel. And I’m like… ‘Movie star?!’ Like, oh my god, she’s telling the masseuse that she’s a movie star?'”
That’s not really the kind of stuff you’d be dishing out about someone who supposedly still offers you advice…
It’s hard to say if Bensimon will issue a response to defend her claims, but we’ll definitely keep you updated!
We can’t say we don’t love the RHONY drama on or off-screen!
