Old friends become new frenemies! (but we don’t think this will last too long)
Elton John recently made some comments to Rolling Stone about Billy Joel’s lack of success in rehab, saying that he’s only gone to “rehab lite.”
And although Elton’s comments came from a place of love, Billy is pretty pissed and isn’t speaking to him at the moment.
All of this is coming from Elton├óΓé¼Γäós end of things — Billy has publicly said that he has no problem with Elton’s remarks:
“I’ve enjoyed our relationship too much to let something as random as these comments change my affection for him. Elton is just being Elton.”
We hope they patch things up! The music community suffers when they’re not friends!
