Blac Chyna Served In Cyberbullying Lawsuit From Supposed Ex!
Blac Chyna was reportedly served papers in a lawsuit accusing her and baby daddy Rob Kardashian of cyberbullying.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the model’s supposed ex — Pilot Jones — informed the court on Wednesday that Dream Kardashian‘s mom was approached by a process server, who was able to locate Chyna at her Woodland Hills home that evening.
After a photo of him making out with Chyna leaked, the Glee actor — AKA Justin C. Jones — claimed the Rob & Chyna stars accused him of selling the snap in question. (He denies leaking the photo.)
Back in September 2016 while Chyna was pregnant with Dream, there was a report that Pilot was potentially the real father of her baby.
In October 2016, Chyna went on an EPIC social media rant against Pilot where she posted his email address and phone number, claimed he tried to extort her for $150K for his alleged involvement in her Chymoji app, said he was gay, and asserted the two never had sex.
Because of the drama, Pilot claimed he received threatening messages, and was even driven to attempt suicide.
Rob and Chyna have yet to file an official answer to these allegations.
