Blake Lively is on the cover of Elle Belgium’s May issue looking a littler tattered and torn.

The Gossip Girl star is wearing a navy tweed cardigan from Chanel‘s spring 2011 collection, Majestic white tank top and a pair of Georgia May Jagger‘s Hudson jeans.

We don’t know about you, but we’re ready for Blake and Chanel’s love affair to end.
