The fight for justice for Bobbi Kristina continues.
As we reported yesterday, Nick Gordon was ordered to pay $36 million to his former girlfriend’s estate as a result of the wrongful death civil lawsuit against him — and while Bobby Brown is “pleased” with the judge’s decision, he is still urging the District Attorney to criminally prosecute his daughter’s ex as a next step.
Taking to Twitter and Instagram with an official statement, the 47-year-old penned:
“I am pleased with the outcome of today’s court proceedings. I do know that Mr. Gordon will be unable to slander my daughter’s name in the future or obtain any benefits from the use of Krissy’s name.”

Whitney Houston‘s ex added:
“Finally, I do need for the District Attorney’s Office to step up and begin the criminal prosecution of Mr. Gordon. The delay in that matter is of great concern to me and my family. We need for District Attorney Howard to act now.”
Bobby’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, also wrote:
“We have said all along that Nick Gordon was responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown and the harm of losing of a child is immeasurable.”
