Bradley Cooper Back As The Elephant Man

This makes total sense.
Bradley Cooper aka the sexiest man alive (as of 2011) has confirmed he will be joining Williamstown Theatre as the lead role in their revival production of The Elephant Man.
The play will also co-star Patricia Clarkson.
Cooper originally played the role for his senior thesis when he attended the Actors Studio Drama School.
Elephant Man, written by Bernard Pomerance, is based on the life of Joseph Merrick who lived in the Victorian era and is known for the extreme deformity of his body.
We can kind of see why they’d pick Cooper for the role. He kind of resembles Merrick if you squint your eyes, right?
