Breaking Bad Contest Winner Busted For Drug Operation! Was He Inspired By His Favorite Show?!

Florida resident Ryan Lee Carroll was arrested on drug charges on Wednesday. Sad, but not particularly newsworthy, right?
Except that Carroll also had the distinction of being the man who won last year’s Breaking Bad fan contest, winning a trip to El Lay to watch the finale at a special Hollywood Forever Cemetery screening!

Carroll was charged with felony possession of a synthetic narcotic with intent to sell. Though the specific drug wasn’t named, the “synthetic” part means it could definitely be meth- just like the show.
Eesh! So was Carroll inspired by the high-jinks of Walt and Jesse? Or was he already a drug dealer who had finally found a show for him?
Either way, we’re guessing this guy is NOT driving off into the sunset like Aaron Paul!
