Reportedly, the musician asked the Oscar winner to marry him back in March when the twosome were on a trip to Tokyo. On top of their happy engagement, a source dished that the A-lister is eager to have kids right away. How exciting!

We’re not so surprised by Miz Larson’s updated relationship status as she was seen sporting a pretty large rock (below) while hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend. Sneaky, sneaky!
We’re so happy for the newly engaged couple, especially since the duo were practically inseparable during awards season. In case you forgot, the United States of Tara alum even thanked Alex during her acceptance speech at the Oscars.
The sweet pair have been dating on and off for several years — not to mention, Brie notably gave Alex a shoutout at the 2013 Gotham Independent Film Awards.
