Britney Spears Shares Video Of The Moment Her Foot Broke: 'Sorry It's Kind Of Loud!'

Britney Spears loves to share candid moments of her life with her fans — like the time she candidly, disturbingly broke her bones while dancing!

The 38-year-old pop icon took to Instagram on Wednesday to post footage of the exact moment she busted her foot while busting out some dance moves, and apologized in advance to viewers for the loud “crack” of one of her metatarsal bones breaking.

She wrote in the caption of the clip:

“I haven’t danced in six months so I was full throttle at this spot… And yes …. I know I’m barefoot …. don’t laugh but I grip the floor better that way !!!! PS you can hear where I broke my foot here ??? ….. sorry it’s kind of loud !!!!!”

And kind of unsettling — at least to us mere mortals. For Brit, you can see (below) that she barely flinches after her foot goes pop.
