Britney Spears Talks 'Healing' & Disconnecting On Maui Vacation: 'Here I Know There Is More'

Britney Spears is getting DEEP on Instagram!

The songstress is reconnecting with herself and Mama Nature while on vacay in Maui, Hawaii, and in true Britney fashion, is sharing all about her experience on social media.

Along with her beachy pic, the 37-year-old wrote a note about disconnecting from devices (ironically on a phone, but we feel you) to her followers:

“Nothing heals more than the ocean ? I always feel so alive when I see the ocean ? in Maui …. it’s literally turquoise … it’s unbelievable !!! This pic does not do justice at all for I saw there. In a world where we are all subjected to cell phones and devices …. we get hung up on screens instead of Mother Nature and listening to her. Mother Nature is everything. I find her everytime I go to this magical place ….. here I know there is more.”

Her photo from paradise came just two weeks after the Gimme More artist shared she’s taking some time offline to focus on herself, writing (below) along with an on-stage throwback pic:

“I hope y’all haven’t forgotten about me!!! I’m taking this transition in my life to focus on what I really want … I’ve been working nonstop, well, since I was 8 years old in the business. Sometimes it’s good to stop and reflect !!!! Miss you all … I really do have the best fans in the world !!! #fbf”

We could never forget about you, Brit! It’s TOTALLY understandable she would need some rest and relaxation after the past few months of dealing with her ongoing conservatorship proceedings.

As we previously reported, her father Jamie Spears recently stepped down from his longtime role of conservator, citing medical issues, and courts named her longtime caretaker Jodi Montgomery to step into the role, with Mr. Spears still handling the financial aspects of her estate. Most recently, a judge ruled the patriarch will remain in his current position, despite pushback from Lynne Spears and the #FreeBritney movement.
