Britney Spears Spotted Jet Skiing In Miami Alongside BF Sam Asghari!

Britney Spears is back in the public eye and, apparently, enjoying herself on a trip down to Florida!
The singer was spotted in Miami this weekend out on a jet ski alongside boyfriend Sam Asghari, as the two hit the water with style and speed, making a big splash with their WaveRunners.

As you can see from pics of the water outing (HERE), it certainly looks like Brit is having a lot of fun… but there’s still the very legit question of just how much (if any) she’s out from under her conservatorship, especially when she travels to places outside her home state of California.
It’s one thing for Brit to be so publicly visible lately — and she has stepped out a fair amount, appearing to be in good spirits alongside her boyfriend and out and about in her hometown of Thousand Oaks — but it’s another thing entirely when you consider the legal ramifications.

Per TMZ, Britney’s father Jamie Spears has filed court docs seeking to extend the singer’s conservatorship to three other states outside of California — and yes, Florida is one of the states he’d requested for it to cover, per reports.
That doesn’t mean his request has been granted yet (or will ever be granted), but it’s clear that the elder Spears is well aware Britney tends to visit Florida, so it may be that he’s trying to keep some semblance of control in a preemptive measure. Right or wrong, that’s sure to rile up #FreeBritney advocates, at the very least.
It doesn’t appear that Britney has done anything to cause significant concern during her trips to Florida — or anywhere else, for that matter — but after the major drama that went down over the past few months, and especially considering how it was so much in the public eye, it makes sense that Jamie would at least try to get a handle on things here.
