Yeesh!
She might be able to write the list of groceries she needs during trips to the super market, but it appears that when Britney Spears does, in fact, begin her still-undetermined Las Vegas residency soon, that will be the only place she’s allowed to spend any of her hard-earned money!
At least, with her explicit discretion, anyway!
Even though the pop sensation has released two albums, embarked on two world tours, and presided as a judge on last season of The X Factor since her 2008 meltdown, she still has conservators in place to help manage her financial affairs!
And according to sources close to the contract negotiations for her Sin City stint, Britney is facing a series of stringent rules once she hits the strip!
Insiders elaborate:

“Britney’s absolutely not allowed to gamble. She can’t bring anyone back to her suite at the casino. She has limits as to what she can spend. For anything more than that, she needs special permission — so there will be no impulse shopping. [Britney] has to have a handler or security with her at all times. She even has a curfew. They really are going to be monitoring her behavior and moods to make sure she is feeling okay and ready for the hard hours of work she needs to put in each night.”

All right, so we understand her management’s concerns…but SERIOUSLY?!
This would even be EXCESSIVE for an 18-year-old, let alone an adult, multi-millionaire with two children of her own!
She has come such a long way in a very short period of time, and we fear that this kind of hyper-controlling, excessively-managed constraints are only going to hinder her continued growth and recovery!
What else does she possibly need to do to re-gain her freedom?!
You guys gotta’ loosen the leash at some point!
What do U think?? Does Brit Brit deserve a break?
