Remember Britney Spears‘ former self-professed manager, Sam Lutfi, who told a courtroom that the pop princess used crystal meth during her 2008 public break down??
Well now, he’s being ordered to pay the performer’s conservatorship more than $120,000 in legal fees!
Sam lost his court case for libel and breach-of-contract in 2012 against the singer├óΓé¼Γäós parents and her caretakers, but still decided to appeal the court├óΓé¼Γäós decision on awarding legal fees in the case—in hopes of working something out.
He fought hard and explained that he didn’t have the financials to pay Brit-Brit’s team for their troubles…
But in a ruling on April 9th, the judge revealed the musician’s lawyer brood could also now recover fees associated with the appeal!
No word from Sam on the matter, but we think it’s safe to say he’s lost this battle for good!
