The pop starlet no longer has to make an appearance in court for the showdown between Daddy Spears and Osama Lutfi!!!
Daddy Spears is seeking permanent restraining orders against Lutfi as well as Jon Eardley, the lawyer who is said to be helping B. Spears have the conservatorship void!
So why doesn’t Britney have to show???
A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has found that Spears “lacks the capacity to testify” and will not be required to go under oath.
Hold up.
Brit Brit has the capacity to take on a world tour but not a courtroom judge???
