Britney Spears was spotted scoping out Calabasas, her alleged new ‘hood’, over the weekend.

Sources say Brit Brit is giving up her Studio City home for one with a bigger back yard in the town of Calabasas, which is about 25 minutes north of Hollywood.

She’s supposedly expressed a desire for a home that’s in a more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood, closer to parks so her boys can play.

She’ll definitely get that in well-heeled Calabasas, without having to give up luxe living!
