Brittany Murphy's Husband Died Of Pneumonia & Anemia...Just Like Brittany

This is strange.
The L.A. County Coroner has announced that the cause of death for Simon Monjack, husband of Brittany Murphy, was acute pneumonia and severe anemia.
Five months previous to his death, Brittany also died of pneumonia and anemia, as well as multiple drug intoxication. Though the coroner found prescription medications in Simon’s blood stream, there wasn’t enough to be lethal.
Explanation please?
