In typical Ellen fashion, the TV host invited Carrie Underwood onto her talk show on Friday — which marked the American Idol alum’s TENTH appearance on the daytime series — but instead of celebrating, she just pranked her!
After sharing a picture of the two of them together from the first time Carrie did The Ellen Show, DeGeneres transitioned into teasing a surprise for the superstar country singer.

The only problem was, right before she got to the big reveal… everything unraveled — and the result was a blood-curdling scream from poor Carrie!!
