Chance The Rapper wasn’t exactly independent on Independence Day this year. The 25-year-old rapper proposed to his longtime girlfriend Kirsten Corley during a Fourth of July party!
Chano confirmed the news on Twitter Wednesday after video surfaced of the BBQ party proposal, writing, “She said yes.”

Footage of the proposal showed the shirtless musician getting down on one knee and asking his baby momma to “make me a man and be my wife.” After Kirsten said yes, the couple’s daughter Kensli ran up to her parents to celebrate the news.
