Channing Tatum Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker Who Shacked Up In His Home For 10 Days!

Channing Tatum must be protected at all costs.
The actor knows this, thankfully, and has filed a restraining order against the woman who allegedly broke into his home and stayed there for over a week.
According to The Blast, the Magic Mike star filed the docs on Tuesday in a Los Angeles County courthouse against a woman whose name has not been reported.
The woman’s alleged solo slumber party took place in June when she apparently broke into one of Channing’s homes in Hollywood, which was vacant at the time, and shacked up there for 10 days. On June 24, she was reportedly discovered by an assistant, who staged a citizen arrest before cops were called to remove her from the property.

The unidentified woman later claimed she was not trespassing because the actor invited her to visit. But, according to The Blast, Channing does not know the woman.
He is, however, aware of her, as she previously showed up at his home and tried to make contact with the 39-year-old. In a declaration included in his court docs, Channing claimed the woman left a letter for him at his home back in November in which she claimed the two had met 10 years ago and said she believed the star was watching her.
Channing believes the woman is delusional, and he’s making sure he and his family are protected.

The Blast reports that he was granted the restraining order, which also includes protection for his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan, their daughter Everly, and two assistants.
Luckily for Channing, he hasn’t been in the states that much as of late anyway: he’s been spending a lot of time with girlfriend Jessie J, especially in the singer’s home base in Britain. As we reported, the pop star recently shared a cute photo of herself and Chan cuddling up on a couch ahead of her summer tour.
The snap was just the latest lovey-dovey declaration from the two, who have been boo’d up since romance rumors first started circulating last October. Back in March, Channing penned his “baby” a sweet message in honor of her 31st birthday, writing:

“Wishing you the happiest day filled with all the love and all the light. You came into this world on this day and lit it on fire. You have blessed our eyes, our ears, our hearts and our lives. So thank you for just being you. You are so very special. Happy birthday Baby.”
